WEDNESDAY NIGHT MEDITATION

7PM  - 9PM  Suggested donation: $10/class

Meditations during this session will focus on intensifying practice                 and integrating spiritual principles into everyday life. Everyone is welcome.


RESTORATIVE YOGA

Wednesdays  5:30 PM - 7 PM   $10/class


Restorative yoga is designed to refresh the body and restore vitality so the mind can quiet                 and prepare for meditation. Please let me know if you plan to attend, as class size is limited.


GROUNDING & CENTERING

Sunday June 7   10AM - 4PM  $95

This is a day of quiet reflection and meditation,  including a sound cleansing with Didgeridoo and Tibetan bowls, painting Ensos or Zen circles of enlightenment to calm the mind, and meditatively walking through a labyrinth. The day is designed to integrate mind, body and spirit to enhance clarity,  reduce stress and increase a sense of inner strength and wholeness. Cost for the day is $95. MOSAICS IN THE GARDEN

Two Saturdays:  June 6 & 20 10AM - 4:30PM  $165

This two weekend workshop for making outdoor mosaics “Mosaics in the Garden” will be led by art therapist Kat Kirby. The basics for creating unique outdoor mosaics will be covered, including design, material preparation, attachment, grouting and finishing. Participants will complete a small mosaic to take home, as well as embellishing pre-existing garden structures.  The cost is $165  for both days, and $95 for one day (June 6 only) plus a $15 materials fee.     TRAVELING THROUGH OZ: THE JOURNEY HOME IN SANDPLAY & PLAY THERAPY                                            Saturday April 25  8:30AM - 4:45PM  in Irvine, California

Themes from  The Wonderful Wizard of Oz often appear in psychotherapy with children and adults. This presentation demonstrates how images of Dorothy and her companions assist with emotional healing and integration. Sandplay and play therapy case material is included.
